These Terms govern use of ThriftOx, a reseller research and workflow service operated by Valleytainment Productions LLC ("ThriftOx," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
ThriftOx provides tools that may include image-based item analysis, resale guidance, buy/skip decision support, profit math, saved scans, inventory management, listing-draft assistance, optional marketplace integrations, and optional community sharing. Features may change as the product evolves.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not impersonate another person, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass security or subscription controls, or use automated abuse that harms the service or other users.
ThriftOx offers a free tier and paid plans with different scan, inventory, speed, support, or workflow allowances. Current plan names, prices, limits, and included features are shown in the app and at the applicable checkout. The price and renewal terms displayed by the payment provider at purchase are controlling for that transaction.
Web billing may be processed through Stripe. Android billing may be processed through Google Play. Paid subscriptions generally renew automatically until canceled through the provider or subscription-management path associated with the purchase. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while preserving access through the already-paid period, subject to the provider's rules.
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the payment provider, applicable law, and the circumstances of the transaction. Do not rely on older screenshots, cached pages, or archived documentation for current pricing.
Plan limits are enforced to protect service availability and control third-party AI/infrastructure costs. Attempts to manipulate usage counters, subscription state, device/account limits, purchase tokens, or entitlement records may result in restricted access or account suspension.
When you connect a third-party marketplace such as eBay, you authorize ThriftOx to use the permissions you approve for the integration. Marketplace availability, policies, APIs, fees, listing rules, account standing, and transaction outcomes are controlled by the marketplace, not ThriftOx. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ThriftOx is not an official partner, agent, or representative of a third-party marketplace.
Live Feed sharing is optional and manual. You are responsible for content you choose to publish and must have the right to share it. Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, privacy-invasive, dangerous, or spam content.
ThriftOx may provide hide, block, and report controls and may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service integrity. A report does not guarantee any particular moderation outcome.
Background blur on a shared image is not automatic face, text, address, receipt, screen, or license-plate redaction. Review photographs before publishing them.
You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to rights you grant us to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the features you use. For content that you intentionally publish to Live Feed, this includes displaying the shared post to other signed-in users and generating a display image for that share.
ThriftOx's original software, branding, designs, documentation, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party services, models, APIs, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Use of Google Gemini, Firebase, Stripe, Google Play, eBay, or another provider does not transfer ownership of that provider's technology to ThriftOx.
Our handling of account, scan, inventory, Live Feed, safety, billing-linkage, and technical data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request permanent account deletion at /delete-account.html.
We work to keep the service reliable, but ThriftOx is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or marketplace, or error-free AI, network, payment, storage, or third-party service operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThriftOx disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from resale decisions, market changes, incorrect AI output, marketplace actions, third-party outages, or user-submitted information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or conduct that materially harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the deletion process.
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and, where appropriate, through an in-product or account communication. Continued use after an effective change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
